“Bach Home,” because playing Johann Sebastian Bach is always a little like coming home. This album offers an intimate and free interpretation of the six French suites. The recording prioritizes spontaneity, with minimal editing, in order to preserve the flow of the music as much as possible.

Piano Etudes by Frédéric Chopin and Claude Debussy.
Technique in the Service of Music
Pianist Damien Luce, in collaboration with Celui qui souffle, presents a selection of twelve études by Frédéric Chopin and six by Claude Debussy.
Early songs for Chopin, swan songs for Debussy, the piano études of these two composers share a common trait: they transcend the notion of mere “exercise.” Virtuosity here serves as a pretext for expressing the full poetry of which the instrument is capable. These études must be listened to (and played!) while forgetting the scales, arpeggios, octaves, thirds, sixths, and chromaticisms that constitute their grammar, in order to truly hear what they convey.
Chopin : Étude op. 10 n°2
Have fun, be amazed and let yourself be carried away by the games of the piano!
Pianist Damien Luce, in collaboration with Celui qui souffle, invites the public to explore classical music in a new way by developing a program with playful tones. From children’s games to circus acts, the repertoire performed will explore play in all its forms.
